I don't believe in giving meal plans that tell you exactly what to eat and when to eat it. This isn't a very enjoyable way to do things. Instead I prefer to assess where you are currently and we can decide what to work on from there. Often it will be introducing some new habits that will help you get closer to your goal rather than taking lots of things away.


It's not a complete overhaul of your nutrition by any means! I'll never tell you not to eat something if you enjoy it, I'll never tell you to miss a night out drinking or to stop eating out, if that's what you enjoy doing. There are more ways to approach things than being restrictive! We need to make sure you enjoy yourself along the way too. 

For this reason I like to focus on educational content too. I will give you all the information you need to reach your goals, as well as some sample days of eating that you can follow to get an idea of what might work well for you.

You will get a detailed training programme tailored to you, whether that's two days a week or six we will find what suits you best. It's really important you find something you enjoy too while aiming to get to your goals, it just makes everything a lot easier when you're enjoying yourself! We will include exercises you like doing and steer clear of the ones you hate. 

There will be video demonstrations for each exercise and some coaching notes on important things to keep in mind too, so you're not left guessing when you're in the gym.


One of my main goals with this service is to make you more independent by the time we are finished working together. That is why I will also provide educational content to explain the why behind what you are doing in your training. You will gain an understanding of what you are doing and why so you will be in a better place to make your own training decisions in future.

We will 'audit' some of your lifestyle habits to identify if there's anything we can adjust to help reach your goals. There's only so much time you can spend in the gym any given day and nutrition isn't just hitting macros. For example; 

Are you getting enough quality sleep? Things are a lot harder when you're tired or sleep deprived. I will give you advice on how to improve the quality and quantity of your sleep. This can have a huge knock on effect on other areas. 

Do you put unnecessary pressure on yourself by setting unrealistic targets in a bid to get fit? Ultimately leading to you feeling more disillusioned with getting fit? It happens, we're all guilty of it. We'll set realistic targets together and get you to your goals quicker.

As your coach, I will be there with you all the way to support you getting to your goals. We will have weekly check-ins done through voice notes where we assess how your week went and how we can continue to make progress for the next week. Here we will make any adjustments we need to, you won't be stuck doing something you don't like, everything is tailored to you! 

Outside of the check-ins you can contact me anytime with any questions you might have or if there any issues you need my help with, I'll always be there to help. 

I'm there to keep you accountable too of course. For  this I use an accountability tracker to help. There will be different metrics I will ask you to fill out each day to help give an idea of how you are progressing. I use google sheets for this so all updates can be seen in real time.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

This depends. Prices will be discussed once we find out that we are a good fit to work together. But as a general guide, prices can be up to €120 per month. I say 'up to' as there are discounts in place for the length of the commitment for example. Other discounts do exist as I know it is quite an investment. I would be happy to discuss this in further detail on an individual basis, contact me at or using the chat box in the bottom corner.

How long is the coaching for?

As long as you want! I do set a minimum length of 12 weeks for each client. It's really difficult to guarantee results in any time frame but 12 weeks gives us a nice bit to work with to get some results!

Is it all based completely online?

Yes! As part of the service I used to do an in person consultation in the beginning to discuss you goals and get to know you but this has changed to online consultations too. Your training programme, daily accountability tracker, nutrition guides and everything else will all be on google drive!

What if I want to get nutrition or training ONLY?

That's absolutely fine! All you have to do is let me know when you apply. Prices will be adjusted for this of course, again as a general guide this can be up to €80 per month, but discounts are available.

I'm a fussy eater, what if I don't like a food you recommend?

Everything is tailored to your like and dislikes. I won't get you to do or eat anything you're not ok with. There will be plenty of options for everything it's just about finding what suits you!

I don't have much experience with the gym, can I still get coaching from you?

Absolutely. Your training programme will be designed with YOU in mind, I can make it suitable for any level. There will be video demonstrations and some coaching notes provided for each exercise too. If you are still unsure just send me a text. You won't be left guessing! The great thing about this coaching too is that our regular check-ins means that the programme can be adjusted any time, if there is an exercise you don't feel comfortable doing yet we can find an alternative!
